Zoom Integration Guide

Flitehouse is an AI-powered sales coach that helps sales reps improve by providing deep insights after every Zoom call. With our Zoom integration, cloud recordings are automatically imported into Flitehouse, allowing users to quickly analyze, process, and get coaching on every call.

✅ How to Install the Zoom Integration

  1. Log in to Flitehouse

  2. Enable the Zoom Integration

    • In the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, click on your profile, then select the “Integrations”

    • Toggle Zoom to "On".

    • This will launch the Zoom OAuth flow. Follow the prompts to authorize your Zoom account.

  3. You’re Connected

    • Once authorized, your Zoom account will be linked, and future cloud recordings will be synced automatically to your Flitehouse account.

📌 Permissions Required:
We request access to your Zoom cloud recordings to import call data. These recordings are used to generate insights for your sales coaching.

🧠 How to Use the Zoom Integration

Once connected, every Zoom call you host that is saved to Zoom Cloud will be automatically imported into Flitehouse.

Here's how it works:

  • Your call appears in the Calls page under the Uploaded state.

  • You can click into any call to watch the video and review details.

  • When you're ready, click Send for Processing to use your AI coaching. This will count toward your monthly call hour allowance.

  • Insights are returned shortly after processing, including coaching tips, objections handled, and suggestions.

No manual uploads, no missed calls. Everything is handled automatically.

❌ How to Uninstall the Zoom Integration

To disconnect Zoom from Flitehouse:

  1. Go to your Profile Settings in Flitehouse.

  2. In the Integrations section, toggle Zoom off.

  3. Your Zoom account will be disconnected.

If you want to reconnect to Zoom again later, you’ll need to go through the same OAuth process.

🗑️ Note: Disconnecting Zoom will stop future call syncing but will not delete previously imported recordings or insights. To request full data deletion, see Delete My Data .
